Rachel is minoring in Global Engagement because she cares about being a thoughtful and conscious member of society and enjoys learning about new places. She cares about being interculturally competent, especially because she loves to travel and wants to always interact with others in a respectful way. The minor has broadened her cultural perspectives and taught her about different areas of the world. Rachel looks to learn something new wherever she can and loves the opportunity to do so through this program.
